Chitose Airport

We checked out after one night stay in Chitose hotel, and took the same shuttle bus back to Chitose Airport. So transport cost so far is zero! Muahahaha. There is reason why I wanted to go back to Chitose Airport, and I will reveal that reason in this and next few entries. But first, the blizzard. Above is what the airport look like. It was crazy snowing everywhere! Lots of flights were rescheduled. But we weren't too bothered, cause we just arrived and was gonna be spending 1.5 weeks here. 

So when you are in Chitose Airport, you should look for Smile Road. I couldn't do all this when we first reach cause it was already late evening and most of the shops would be closed. I also couldn't do this when we are leaving cause it would be too early in the morning.

So if you can see on the photo above, those were the 3 places I wanted to see at Chitose Airport: Royce Chocolate World cause Royce is actually my favourite chocolate, Hello Kitty Happy Flight cause Hello Kitty! And Doraemon Sky Park cause well, we don't have Doraemon themed anything in Singapore! But of course, other than these 3 attraction, the airport is also crazy huge with a lot of shopping and restaurants in it. So you could easily spend half a day here, which is what we did. They even have some museums next to the food court there which is where we took the first photo of the plane from.

We did stop by to have a drink of this beautiful glass bottle of milk. Hokkaido is famous for their milk, so this is just one of the many milk that we will be drinking along the way. I just love how they market the milk. Its like all you need is this bottle of milk and your life would be complete! Lol
