David Tao Guitar Chords

Came back from Penang with this wonderful book of David Tao's Guitar Chords! Woohoo! Time to bring out the guitar again! But since I've sold off my guitar last year, guess I'll have to use my hubby's more expensive guitar :P

The book has many of my favorite songs in it, including 無緣 (Fated) which I like to sing in Karaoke. Interestingly, besides the challenge of learning the guitar chords, I need a Chinese Dictionary to learn the songs as well! I tried singing the songs in Penang when I first got the book, but slowly realise how bad my mandarin is :( I couldn't sing a single song completely without asking for help on how to read certain characters in the song! Teruk! So this book should keep me pretty busy! It will be providing me a few ways to fight off dementia as I age too! By learning a language (Mandarin), and a musical instrument (Guitar), plus you get to practise using your left hand a lot!

Anyway, found this book at Popular Bookstore, so I'm assuming you can find it in Singapore too? But I got it for only RM22.80 (S$9.40)! And it comes with a CD too! And the first song I want to learn is this one - 寂寞的季節 (Season of Loneliness). Every time I hear this song, it brings me back to winter in Hong Kong 2003 when I was there alone :)
